Whilst Toetum Pty Ltd makes every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen's display will be accurate.

Shipping

DELIVERY - Domestic

We offer express delivery anywhere in Australia for a flat shipping rate of AU$10. Your order will be processed and dispatched via Australia Post (express) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customers in Major metro or regional centres should receive your parcel within 4 business days. Customers in WA or remote centres, please allow up to 6-8 business days for delivery.

DELIVERY - International

We will happily ship your order outside of Australia. For international shipping rates, please contact us at art@nadinesawyer.com

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase or need to exchange a size, please contact us at art@nadinesawyer.com. Goods may be returned, at your cost, within 14 days of purchase provided they are unused, in resalable condition, and have all tags attached. A credit note will be issued for the value of returned goods. Goods returned more than 14 days after purchase are not returnable. If an item is exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect size, the replacement item will be shipped at your cost.
